I believe that the best way to create balance is to start where you are and develop an action plan to achieve your goals; thus, every coaching partnership will look different. Sessions will focus on providing positive support, reinforcement, and actionable steps to achieve your goals. I firmly believe that to be successful one must be ready to shift gears and adapt to an ever-changing set of obstacles, experiences, and demands. I will be there with you every step of the journey as a thought partner, providing the support needed to realize your potential. Coaching Sessions
Typical sessions last one hour and occur via phone, facetime, or zoom every 2 weeks. I will also be available by email and/or text outside of session times to provide advice and encouragement along your journey. As an accountability partner, I understand the importance of engaging in dialogue that will carry you through the challenges you will face on your mission to change your lifestyle and reach your goals.
