ROK Run Club is a youth running program that focuses on developing and nurturing a love for running and fitness. My training programs are designed to introduce running as a fun and rewarding sport for all ability and fitness levels. However, ROK Run Club is so much more than runner training. I firmly believe that success is defined as living a balanced and purposeful life, so athletes not only train to reach athletic goals, but they also learn very important principles and how those principles look in action:

  • Perseverance

  • Self-confidence

  • Leadership

  • Overcoming adversity

  • Self-awareness

I have coached runners for over 25 years.  I am a runner myself (bio). Many of my runners have gone on to compete at state meets, Junior Olympics, college, and at the professional level.
