ROK Running was founded in 2015, and is a faith-based youth running program and team that focuses on middle and long distance training (800m and up). ROK Running is so much more than runner training, however. Coach Jenkins firmly believes that success is defined as living a balanced and purposeful life, so athletes not only train to reach their personal athletic goals, but they also learn very important faith/life principles and how those principles look in action:
  • Perseverance
  • Love
  • Compassion
  • Teamwork
  • Self-confidence
  • Leadership
  • Overcoming adversity
  • Self-awareness
  • Happiness
Practices are primarily held at Corona Baptist Church in the Mt. Juliet/Gladeville area. Occasionally we have practices in a few different locations, mostly in the Hermitage to Mt. Juliet area.

Please note that days, locations, and times may be adjusted based on team training needs. In addition to the costs below, parents are responsible for all meet entry costs (typically less than $20 per meet), and travel considerations for meets
