
ROK Running is a youth running program dedicated to developing a lifelong love for running, fitness, and personal growth. Our training is designed for all ability levels, introducing running as a fun, engaging, and rewarding sport. But, you will be pushed, because we believe in a life where we don't settle for mediocrity.

With over 25 years of coaching experience, our program has helped athletes reach every level—from local success to state meets, Junior Olympics, collegiate competition, and even the professional stage.

5:30-7:00pm
(Fees cover the whole summer session)
