ROK Run Club is a youth running program that focuses on developing and nurturing a love for running and fitness. Our youth programs meet once or twice a week. They are designed to introduce running as a fun and rewarding sport for all ability and fitness levels. However, ROK Run Club is so much more than runner training. Coach Jenkins firmly believes that success is defined as living a balanced and purposeful life, so athletes not only train to reach athletic goals, but they also learn very important principles and how those principles look in action:

Coach Jenkins has coached runners for over 25 years. He is also a runner himself (bio). His runners have gone on to compete at state meets, Junior Olympics, college, and at the professional level.
